Our History
I’m a Venezuelan woman who has dedicated her life to following her creativity. I get excited about building projects and bringing to life every idea I truly believe in.
Back in 2011, I founded a pastry shop in my hometown in Venezuela. It was one of the first of its kind in the city and quickly became a local reference. We received national and international awards for quality, creativity, and innovation.
When I moved to the U.S., I had to let go of that dream to make space for new ones.
After a long pause, I felt called to reignite my passion for baking — this time with a new focus: creating creamy, healthy desserts. I took our original recipe book and began transforming each dessert into something suitable for celiacs and diabetics — without ever sacrificing the flavor that defines us.
Baking has always been magical for me, especially seeing the smiles my desserts bring to people’s faces. Now, with a deeper focus on wellness and health, I want to share my love for baking in a more conscious way. I want to redefine what dessert means in America — to prove that “dessert” and “healthy” can absolutely belong in the same sentence.
I began experimenting with recipes made without added sugar and using just a few clean, simple ingredients — but still aiming for exquisite results. I’m deeply focused on achieving a texture, fluffiness, crumb, creaminess, and flavor that come as close as possible to the original indulgent version.
My goal is to create smart, nourishing desserts that help people shift their eating habits without feeling deprived of the joy of sweets.
As someone on a personal journey toward a wheat- and sugar-free lifestyle, I want to walk alongside others on their own path to wellness.
I truly hope my creations bring others as much joy as they bring me while making them.
